Located adjacent to main road, just behind the Ganesh Temple. It’s a short walk from the KPJAYI Shala and the Sachidananda Yogashala. Since 2004, Chakra House is managed by Rajesh, who is determined to offer the best and healthiest food while respecting individual dietary preferences. Read more Rajesh has over 19 years of culinary experience, including 3 years studying and working at the traditional Parklane Hotel where he learned Indian, Chinese, Bhavik and Tandoori cooking. Rajesh was also the chef serving yoga students at the Mysore Mandala Yogashala. For breakfast it is possible to enjoy delicious Fresh Juices or special Fruit Salads with nuts, coconut and honey, as well as Ragi (millet) Pancakes, large Omelettes and multi grain Toast. If you feel that you need some extra energy, ask for the Chakra House Set Breakfast and enjoy a beautiful morning. Lunch and dinner options include a variety of dishes, like organic vegetable salads, steam vegetables with tofu and brown rice or the traditional indian thali. Please don’t forget to try the tasty Ragi Wraps with cottage cheese or avocado salad. The Carrot Cashew Soup with fresh coriander is a perfect choice for a cold day. If you are looking for a place to read, relax, or use the Wi-Fi, the door is always open for you and you are welcome to come in. You will be lucky if you arrive while Rajesh is preparing one of his famous cakes or his homemade chocolate. If you crave delicious homemade peanut butter, hummus or tahini, then go for it, they are all prepared with love. Chakra House is not only about healthy and tasty food. We offer a large number of activities, including massage courses, nutrition classes with ayurvedic doctors, painting classes with the resident renowned artist Sri Manjunath, yoga anatomy classes and much more.
